A Kingdom Network

A little over two weeks ago we had our state meeting where we unfolded the beginning of our next ministry life cycle. We now have five new 2010 videos up on our website www.flcog.org. Here is a brief summary of each video:

2010 State Meeting Dr. Wiens sharing his vision for a Kingdom Network: In this 47 minute video Greg Wiens gives his evaluation of where Florida Church of God Ministries has been these past ten years and then he paints a picture of where we need to go in the next ten years. If you missed our Annual Ministries Meeting or if you simply need to review what was covered, we would suggest that you watch this video.

2010 State Meeting Highlights: This is a short (2-3 minute) video highlighting of the many things that took place at our October 21^st Annual State Ministries Meeting. You will take a quick tour of the breakout sessions as well as the large group meetings.

2010 FLCOG Highlights: This 17 minute video highlights some of the exciting events that took place in some of Florida Church of God Ministries congregations across the state and in the world. This video was shown in our annual State Ministries Meeting. You will hear from leaders and pastors of small, medium and large congregations as they report many of the ways they saw the Kingdom of God expanded through Florida Church of God congregations this past year.

Leadership Accountability Model: More of our congregations have adopted the Accountability Leadership Model by John Kaiser. This 15 minute video gives a short primer on the principles and application of this model in a local church. If you would like more information after viewing the video, we would be available to meet with your board or church for further training.

Consultation Example: About 25% of our congregations in the state have gone through a process called Consultation. What is it? What is its objective and what is the process? These and other questions are answered in this 10-minute video. The video was filmed during an actual consultation at the Greater Harvest Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville, Florida. You hear real people deal with the real issues faced by a church committed to reach its community for Christ in the midst of this process. This is an excellent video to watch if you would like to know what a Consultation entails.
