Last week I ate lunch at a bakery restaurant (Paradise Bakery) where you order and pay and then find a place to sit and eat. As I paid the young lady, she asked me if I was a motivational speaker. I have never been asked that question before, and I was taken back by her question. I responded by asking why she would think I was a motivational speaker (I guess most of us in pastoral ministry are in some sense). She responded that I had used her name several times in our short conversation and this was strange for most people. “Only people who are seriously interested in motivating others do that,” she added.

- Consultations In this seven-minute video Greg Wiens walks through the consultation process. You will also hear from pastors who have benefited from this ministry, and how it has impacted their churches.
- What Does A Real Consultation Look Like? About 25% of our congregations in the state have gone through a process called Consultation. What is it? What is its objective and what is the process? These and other questions are answered in this 10-minute video. The video was filmed during an actual consultation at the Greater Harvest Christian Fellowship in Jacksonville, Florida. You hear real people deal with the real issues faced by a church committed to reach its community for Christ in the midst of this process. This is an excellent video to watch if you would like to know what a Consultation entails.

This video was shown in our annual State Ministries Meeting. - Leadership Accountability Model More of our congregations have adopted the Accountability Leadership Model by John Kaiser. This 15 minute video gives a short primer on the principles and application of this model in a local church.
